Electronic Mail Billing
Effective July 1, 2002, Shawnee Communications will
begin implementing e-mail billing. Depending on how
long the conversion process takes, you will begin receiving
your bill via e-mail on either July 1, 2002 or August
1, 2002. Each ShawneeLink Internet customer will receive
an e-mail message with their bill attached. The file
format for the bill will be Adobe Acrobat. Customers
may view these bills with Adobe Acrobat Reader, which
may be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com. The bill
that you will receive via e-mail will be identical to
the bills that you are receiving now. You will be able
to view the bills on your computer screen, save them
to disk or print them as you would any other electronic
file. Customers with more than one e-mail account may
be contacted to determine to which e-mail account the
bills will be sent. We will be e-mailing the bills to
your ShawneeLink.Net or ShawneeLink.Com e-mail address.
The only exception to this policy is for corporate accounts
where the bill is paid by a third party. We will e-mail
the bill to the appropriate accounting department for
that company. If you have any questions regarding the
