On Monday, January 23rd, there was a network outage that affected our entire
service. Some fiber optic cable had been cut causing us to lose all connection
to the outside world. That night around 11:00 PM the fiber was fully repaired
and services were restored.
On Tuesday, January 24th, there was an equipment failure that caused a problem with
email delivery. The equipment has now been replaced and email services are fully
restored.
