Lucille Burklow

Lucille Burklow, 85, of Calvert City, Ky., formerly of the Temple Hill community, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.
Mrs. Burklow was a member of First Baptist Church in Calvert City.
Survivors include three daughters, Elaine Keeton of Calvert City, Jody Mestepey and husband Jim of Kuttawa, KY and Karol Mitchell and husband Tom of Oak Ridge, TN; four grandchildren, Roy Don Keeton and wife Tina of Bonanza, Ore., Bob Mestepey and wife, Claire of San Antonio, TX, Vicki Watson and husband Rick of Kevil, KY and Marsha Mestepey of Dallas, TX; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Parks Hicks of San Jose, CA; and three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, all of Metropolis.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Waldo “Buck” Burklow; her parents, Ed and Luttie Parks; two brothers, Howard and Sam Parks; and one sister, Irene Lauderdale.
Funeral service was Monday at Filbeck and Cann Funeral Home in Benton, KY with Rev. Allen Thompson and Rev. Terry Cathey officiating. Burial followed in Cole Springs Cemetery at Temple Hill, IL.
